城市更新作为提升城市功能与品质的重要手段,近年来受到广泛关注.文章旨在探讨城市更新项目全过程咨询中投资决策与项目运营的重要性,通过分析国内外全过程工程咨询发展历程、城市更新政策背景、全过程咨询特点、投资决策要素及运营模式,论证了在城市更新背景下推广全过程咨询模式的必要性,其中科学合理的投资决策与高效的项目运营是保障城市更新项目成功实施的核心要素.
Abstract
Urban renewal,as a crucial means to enhance urban functions and quality,has garnered widespread attention in recent years.This study aims to discuss the importance of investment decision-making and project operation within the full-process consultation of urban renewal projects.By analyzing the development history of full-process engineering consultation domestically and internationally,the background of urban renewal policies,characteristics of full-process consultation,elements of investment decision-making,and operation models,this study demonstrates the necessity of promoting the full-process consultation model in the context of urban renewal.It posits that strategic and rational investment decision-making,coupled with robust project operation,are the core elements to ensure the successful implementation of urban renewal projects.
