文章概述了代建管理的定义及其在建筑工程中的作用,进而详细阐述了代建管理的模式分类.通过与项目管理的比较,揭示了代建管理的主要区别及其在项目管理中的定位,进一步分析了代建制的优势.最后,对代建管理的风险进行了识别,并提出了相应的风险防范措施,并对未来代建管理的发展趋势进行了展望.
Abstract
This paper outlined the definition of agent construction management and its role in construction engineering,and then elaborated on the pattern classification of agent construction managementin detail.A comparison of agent construction management with project management revealed its primary distinctions and role in project management,and further analyzed advantages of agent construction.Finally,risks in agent construction management were identified,and corresponding precautionary measures were presented.Moreover,this paper also looked to the future development trends of agent construction management.
