摘要

EPC工程总承包管理模式是目前我国积极提倡推广的一种工程承包模式,但其计价方式在我国仍处于探索发展中.政策文件建议工程总承包宜采用总价合同,实践中总价合同常用的计价模式主要有固定总价计价、预算定额费率计价、模拟工程量清单计价,文章详细阐述了三种计价方式的做法、优缺点、适用条件、适用范围等,并作出对比分析,以期为相关人员提供参考借鉴.

Abstract

The engineering procurement construction(EPC)management model is a project contracting model actively encouraged and promoted domestically,yet its pricing mechanism is still being explored and developed in China.Policy documents advocate that lump-sum contracts should be adopted in EPC projects.In practice,the commonly used pricing models of lump-sum contracts mainly include fixed lump-sum pricing,budget quota rate pricing,and simulated bill of quantities pricing.This paper described the methods,advantages and disadvantages,and applicable conditions and ranges of the three pricing models in detail,and conducted a comparative analysis,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel.
