基于CiteSpace的国内装配式建筑研究热点与趋势分析

摘要
装配式建筑已成为国内建筑业发展的重要趋势.为厘清国内装配式建筑的发展和研究现状,文章基于文献计量学,运用CiteSpace软件探索装配式建筑领域的知识基础、研究热点和演进趋势.研究结果表明:(1)装配式建筑的研究作者与机构数量较多,但核心作者较少且高校与机构间合作程度较低;(2)近十年来,装配式建筑领域的研究在深度和广度上发展迅速,研究主题集中在装配式建筑的影响因素、预制构件的性能和BIM技术的应用;(3)我国装配式建筑的研究从初步的探索与应用逐渐转向基于BIM、物联网等技术的深化设计等,但装配式建筑与智能建造、全寿命周期等方面的结合还不够紧密.本文的研究成果将为装配式建筑的理论研究与未来的发展提供有价值的参考.
Abstract
Prefabricated buildings have become an important trend in the development of the construction industry in China.To clarify the current development and research status of prefabricated buildings in China,this paper explored the knowledge base,research hotspots,and evolutionary trends in the field of prefabricated buildings with the software CiteSpace based on bibliometrics.The research findings revealed:(1)Despite many authors and institutions engaged in research on prefabricated buildings,there are few core authors and a low level of cooperation among universities and institutions;(2)In the past decade,research in the field of prefabricated buildings has developed rapidly in both depth and breadth,with research topics focused on the influencing factors of prefabricated buildings,the performance of prefabricated components,and the application of the building information modeling(BIM)technology;(3)Research on prefabricated buildings in China has gradually shifted from preliminary exploration and application to in-depth design based on technologies such as BIM and the Internet of Things(IoT),but prefabricated buildings are not integrated closely enough with intelligent construction,full life cycles and others.The research findings herein can provide valuable reference for the theoretical research and future development of prefabricated buildings.
