当前吉林省乡村振兴示范镇在发展过程中面临产业聚集能力差、政策支持存在盲区、本地人才外流等诸多挑战,文章通过文献分析和专家评估的方法,运用ISM-MICMAC方法对各因素进行了层级关系分析.研究表明政策导向和人才支撑具有高驱动力和较低的依赖性,是根源层的影响因素,在吉林省乡村振兴示范镇发展中起着关键作用.文章旨在通过识别各因素之间的相互作用机理和影响关系,从而为吉林省乡村振兴示范镇的发展提供针对性的建议.
Abstract
The rural revitalization demonstration towns in Jilin province currently are confronted with many challenges in their development,including weak industrial agglomeration capabilities,gaps in policy support,and the outflow of local talent.Through both literature research and expert assessments,this paper conducted a hierarchical analysis of these factors with the ISM-MICMAC method.The study revealed that policy orientation and talent support with high driving forces and low dependency are influencing factors at the root,which play a key role in the development of rural revitalization demonstration towns in Jilin province.This paper was aimed at providing targeted suggestions for the development of these towns by identifying the interaction mechanisms and mutual influences of the various factors.
