As the construction industry evolves,design consulting firms have set design-led EPC(Engineering,Procurement,and Construction)general contracting project management as a key business development direction,which is aligned with national conditions and market trends.EPC general contracting has emerged as a business development trend and a new economic growth point in the architectural design consulting industry.This paper analyzed and discussed the advantages of the design-led EPC general contracting business model and described its common forms.The results of the analysis can provide suggestions for design consulting firms to engage in EPC general contracting,as well as reference for their business development in the industry.
