This paper presents a comparative analysis of the handwriting styles of Liang Sicheng and Lin Huiyin,focusing on their calligraphic forms,strokes,and distinctive handwriting features.Through an examination of the manuscript titled"A Discussion on the Existence or Demolition of Beijing's City Walls"at the Archives of Tsinghua University,the paper confirms that the majority of revisions were made by Lin Huiyin.By studying the complete manuscript,including Liang Sicheng's original text and Lin Huiyin's edits,the paper explicates Lin Huiyin's contributions to the document.Furthermore,it discusses the collaborative efforts of Liang Sicheng and Lin Huiyin in advocating for the preservation of Beijing's city and ancient structures,emphasizing the enduring scholarly significance of their work.
