The Analysis and Research on the Management System of Chinese National Park
With the background of implementing national park system worldwide, the subject of establishing national park system in China has been raised and wil become a part of development strategy on the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Commitee of the Communist Party of China. This article first introduces three management systems of existing national scenic resources, which include national scenic area, national nature reserve and national forest park, then focus on China's circumstances, analyses possible issues in existing national scenic resources, and seek answers at last. Furthermore, this paper contrasts national park systems of The United States, Germany and Japan, learns from their experiences of management, legal system and business mode to, and comes up with advices of building management mode of China's national park.
