双波热作用下江西准低温粮仓围护结构非平衡隔热研究

为解决粮仓内部粮堆局部高温现象,展开粮仓围护结构非平衡隔热研究,从而提升粮食储藏的稳定性.文章通过实地调研获取了江西宜昌樟树东站平房仓建筑原型及其构造;通过周期性不稳定传热计算论证了太阳辐射在围护结构传热过程中的作用,分析了双波热作用下非平衡隔热设计的必要性;在粮仓围护结构内表面温度20℃的约束下,通过谐波传热计算得出围护结构非平衡隔热设计参数.非平衡隔热设计下的东、南、西、北、屋面的传热系数限值[单位W/(m2·K)]依次为0.41、0.46、0.40、0.49、0.20.研究结果对江西省储粮建筑准低温改造和设计具有借鉴作用.
Non-balanced Insulation Design for Envelope of Jiangxi Quasi-low Temperature Granary under Two-wave Heat Effect
In order to solve the high temperature phenomenon of grain pile inside the granary,non-balanced insulation research of the granary envelope structure was carried out,so as to improve the stability of grain pile during the storage procedure.The baseline model of Zhangshu East Station horizontal warehouse in Yichang,Jiangxi Province,were obtained through field survey.The effect of solar radiation in the heat transfer process of the envelope was demonstrated by calculating the instable periodic heat transfer and the necessity of non-balanced insulation design for envelope under two-wave heat effect were clarified.Under the constraint of inner surface temperature below 20℃,the heat transfer coefficient limits[unit W/(m2·k)]based on non-balanced heat transfer insulation design of the east faced,south faced,west faced,north faced and roof are 0.41,0.46,0.40,0.49,0.20,respectively.The results can be used as reference for the quasi-low temperature reconstruction and design of grain storage buildings in Jiangxi Province.
