Equity Performance Evaluation of Basic Urban Public Health Services:Taking the Configuration of Nucleic Acid Testing Points in Chengdu as an Example
As the first line of defense for epidemic prevention and control,nucleic acid testing is an important window to reflect the fair performance of urban basic public health services.Taking the surrounding area of Chengdu as the research area,this paper evaluates the fair performance of nucleic acid testing sites from three indicators:coverage,coordination and accessibility.The results show that the coverage,coordination and accessibility of nucleic acid testing sites are obviously related to the population,layout and service capacity and configuration of nucleic acid testing sites,and the analysis results provide suggestions for the optimization of urban basic health service layout.
