Research on the Application of BIM Technology in the Protection of Ancient Buildings in Ming and Qing Dynasties
The ancient architectural heritage of the Ming and Qing Dynasties in China is the common cultural heritage of all mankind,and the protection of ancient buildings is the carrier of the protection of historical culture.At this stage,the ancient buildings of the Ming and Qing Dynasties are seriously damaged,the written materials are missing,and the traditional french reconstruction methods are inefficient.The protection of ancient architectural sites in the Ming and Qing Dynasties has become digital.Starting from the technical characteristics of BIM technology in the construction industry,this paper expounds its role in the protection and repair of ancient buildings in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the advantages of the combination of BIM technology and other digital technologies,and lists the successful cases of BIM application in the protection of ancient buildings for analysis.It provides a more rapid,convenient and reliable new method for the protection of ancient buildings in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.
