The Comparison and Analysis of the Practice of Public Gardens in Song Dynasty under the Concept of"Having Fun with the Citizens"
In the Song Dynasty,royal and official gardens were generally open to the people,forming a situation of"the emperor,the officials and the citizens enjoying together".Based on tracing the origin of the concept of"joy for all"in the Song Dynasty,this paper compares and analyzes the similarities and differences between different garden practice methods of"the emperor and citizens share the fun"and"officials and citizens share the fun"of the Song Dynasty emperors and officials from three aspects:garden space characteristics,types of public activities and user composition,and reveals the correlation between different garden practice activities of the Song Dynasty emperors and officials under the ideological consensus of"having fun with the citizens".
