Spatial Optimization Strategy of Commercial Complex based on Simulation
Most of the existing studies on commercial complexes focus on the law of crowd gathering, and the interaction between individuals and the environment needs to be further explored. This paper aims to reveal the influence of space environment on individual activities from a microscopic perspective, and realize the spatial optimization of commercial complex by simulating consumer behavior.Based on the actual individual behavior data, the spatial behavior model is fitted, and on this basis,a series of comparative virtual scenes are constructed by controlling variables, and only the specific design elements are compared, including the distribution relationship between main stores and non-main stores, the way of traffic nodes and pedestrian flows, the path width and pedestrian flows distribution, etc.Through multi-scenario simulation, the differences of consumer behavior caused by the changes of various elements are quantified, and the corresponding spatial optimization strategies are put forward.
