摘要
结合新时期田园综合体的特征及要求,文章基于保护与发展的关系,以云南省玉龙纳西族自治县拉市田园综合体为研究案例,提出包括全系统的生态治理模式、全域化的产业发展模式以及全要素的风貌塑造模式,并从创新田园综合体运营模式、联动上下级规划等方面保障田园综合体未来的可实施性,以期对类似规划实践有所参考.
Abstract
In combination with the characteristics and requirements of the rural complex in the new era,based on the relationship between protection and development,this paper takes the rural complex in Lashi,Yulong Naxi Autonomous County,Yunnan Province,as a case study,and proposes a system wide ecological governance model,a global industrial development model,and a full factor landscape shaping model,and guarantees the future implementation of the rural complex from the aspects of innovative operational model of the rural complex,linkage between superior and subordinate planning,etc.It is expected to provide reference for similar planning practice.
