文章基于城市类型学角度,以大连市连锁街为研究对象,在三维模型复原的基础上,从土地权属划分、街巷体系、街区肌理、公共空间、尺度等形态要素层面,以"类型"为工具解析各要素之间的联系,探讨在"微更新"的视角下,近代历史街区保护与改造新的思路与参考.
Abstract
From the perspective of urban typology,the study takes the former chain street of Dalian as the object of research,and uses"typology"as a tool to analyse the connection between the elements from the perspective of land ownership,street system,street texture,public space,scale and other morphological elements on the basis of 3D model restoration.The study explores new ideas and references for the conservation and renovation of modern historic districts under the perspective of"micro-renewal".
