场景理论视角下老旧社区活化路径研究——以昆明马街社区为例
On the Revitalization of Old Communities from the Perspective of Scene Theory:Taking Majie Community in Kunming as an Example

在当今社区存量发展的语境下,老旧社区更新面临居民认同感降低、归属感缺失的问题.文章以云南省昆明市马街社区居民生活空间为例,探索老旧社区活化路径策略,提出场景理论下社区主体参与性与社区真实性活化策略,构建居民生活场景,引入文化元素,提高场地的活力和利用率.秉承当地居民为主体,遵循自下而上、共同参与原则,激发居民认同感与归属感,培养社区与民众的良性互动,提升老旧社区活力.
Abstract
As the community tends towards stock development today,residents in the old communities are having less sense of belonging and satisfaction during the upgrading of communities.Given that,based on the living space of Majie Community in Kunming City,Yunnan Province,China,this paper explored the strategies for the revitalization of old communities and proposed ways how to get more communities involved and authentic,in which the residential living scenes were constructed and cultural elements were introduced to increase the vitality and utilization of the site.With a commitment to the principle of residents-centered,top-down,and joint participation,residents can feel a deeper sense of identity and belonging under these strategies,hence cultivating positive interaction between the community and the residents and enhancing the vitality of old communities.
