Curriculum Reform and Practice of Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture at Soochow University
Landscape architecture education provides high-quality talents for various industries related to landscape architecture design.The rationality of the curriculum is related to the improvement of the ability of landscape architecture students and the level of design industry.This paper analyzes and summarizes the current status of master's research education in landscape architecture majors,,and draws out the current deficiencies in three aspects:knowledge education,ability education,and characteristic education.Taking the postgraduate course reform of landscape architecture major of Soochow University as an example,three key curriculum reform points are put forward,namely,"lay a foundation in the curriculum system,emphasize practice in training links,and seek innovation in the teaching process".Based on the specific curriculum content adjustment,the construction of extracurricular enterprise cooperation relationships,and the integration of innovative teaching concepts,suggestions are proposed to improve the master's degree program education in landscape architecture.
