Implications of the Operation of Philadelphia's Public Art Policy for Public Art in China
This study analyzes Philadelphia's public art policy and its successful integration of various art forms into the urban structure.The findings show that the policy has significantly promoted cultural vitality and enhanced residents'quality of life.Drawing on Philadelphia's experiences,this study identifies lessons for China to strengthen its public art diversity,promote urban development,and enrich social and humanistic values.By connecting emotions between the public and city through public art,urban culture is condensed and the city's image is highlighted.
