基于Kano模型的城市体育公园的使用者需求研究——以茂名市奥林匹克公园和滨江生态公园为例

摘要
从全民健身需求的视角出发,通过对使用者进行观察访谈,获取茂名的体育公园使用者关注的指标要素,为分析检验不同的环境要素对体育公园使用者满意度的影响程度,进行问卷的设计.以主题性、便利性、舒适性、可靠性为四个指标要素,进一步划分了16个指标子要素,构建了城市体育公园的使用满意度的评价模型.运用Kano模型计算得到各个指标要素的分类和排序,并针对统计数据提出相应的设计提升策略,还对城市体育公园的建设提供了理论研究参考.
Abstract
From the perspective of the national fitness needs,through the user observation interview,Maoming Sports Park users attention index elements,for the analysis of different environmental factors of sports park users satisfaction,the design of the questionnaire,with thematic,convenience,comfort,reliability for four index elements,further divided into 16 index sub elements,build the use of urban sports park satisfaction evaluation model,using the KANO model calculation each index elements classification and sorting,and put forward corresponding design promotion strategy for statistical data.It also provides a theoretical research reference for the construction of the urban sports park.
