Study on Adaptive Layout of Wind Environment in Haikou Traditional Villages based on PHOENICS Simulation:A Case Study of Fengtang Ancient Village in Xiuying District
Influenced by typhoons,the weather-adaptive layout of traditional villages in Haikou City takes into account the wind environment to a large extent.Fengtang Village in Haikou City is a good example in the background of the current research on wind environment.The wind speed diagram of Fengtang Village can be obtained by means of investigation and measurement and the application of PHOENICS software to simulate the wind flow in Fengtang Village.
