社区服务设施规划向社区生活圈转型,虽然已由过去片段化的概念提出到现阶段形成体系化的研究框架,但研究指导实践转化还有待提升.因此,文章基于文献梳理提出以下研究展望:探索可推广的社区生活圈精准识别方法,寻找与城市规划管控边界的拟合方式;关注居民多样化需求与多类型设施供给的匹配关系,提升社区生活圈的便利性;注重设施的可获得性需求,形成高链接度的社区生活圈服务体系;构建刚性约束与弹性鼓励的管控方法,实现共性发展与特性维护的差异化建设方式.
Abstract
Reviewing existing research progress and achievements in China,it is found that although the community life-circle has been developed from a fragmented concept early to systematic research framework recently,the transformation from researching to practice still needs to be improved.Therefore,this paper puts forward following prospects through analyzing and concluding:exploring the scalable accurate identification method of community life-circle,finding a scientific matching method with the urban planning control boundary;focusing on relationships between residents'desire and facilities supply to improve convenience;attention to facilities'accessibility,forming highly linked community life-circle service systems;building flexible management methods to achieve a differentiated construction method with common development and feature maintenance.
