Research on Industrial Land Management and Control Strategy in Xi'an from the Perspective of"Industry-Space"Matching
The intensive and economical use of industrial land has become an important content in the new round of territorial spatial planning.The core of industrial land management and control from the perspective of"industry-space"matching lies in improving matching efficiency and quality.Its key paths include optimizing the industrial pattern,deeply tapping the land potential,implementing land classification management,and establishing a quantitative assessment mechanism.Taking Xi'an City as the empirical research object,this paper proposes to reconstruct the industrial pattern of"one core,three belts,and two channels",establish the catalogue of three industries that are encouraged,restricted,and prohibited,innovate the industrial land supply system,strictly verify land use standards,build the comprehensive and full-life regulatory mechanism and the industrial land evaluation index system that focuses on the efficiency and quality of"industry space"matching,and improve the industrial land withdrawal mechanism.
