Abstract
This paper takes the"Chengyuan"project as a research case,proposes planning and design concepts,and focuses on key points and design features such as"axial planning layout""multiple spatial structures""situational living scene creation""iconic community entrances and exits".It can provide reliable design directions,case basis,and valuable project design experience for the planning of large-scale quality residential plots.
