历史城区地下空间连通优化策略初探

摘要
历史城区具有地域文化与生活服务核心的双重特征.对历史城区地下空间的合理开发利用能有效缓解保护与发展过程中空间受限的矛盾.鉴于缺乏科学整体的规划开发导致存量地下空间缺乏联络,增强地下空间连通是历史城区综合提升、发挥地下空间价值的重要抓手.文章着重梳理了地下空间的连通特征规律,从"功能耦合、形态衔接、时序管控"三个维度提出历史城区地下空间的连通优化策略,试图为促进历史城区地下空间连续性提升提供理论指引.
Abstract
Historical urban areas have the dual characteristics of regional culture and life service core.Rational development and utilization of underground space in historic urban areas can effectively alleviate the contradiction between space limitation in the process of protection and development.In view of the lack of scientific overall planning and development leading to the lack of connection of underground space,enhancing the connectivity of underground space is an important starting point for the comprehensive promotion and play of the value of underground space in historic urban areas.This paper focuses on sorting out the connectivity characteristics of underground space,and proposes the connectivity optimization strategy of underground space in historic urban areas from three dimensions of"functional coupling,morphological cohesion and timing control",in an attempt to provide theoretical guidance for promoting the continuous improvement of underground space in historic urban areas.
