存量更新背景下城市社区既有建筑改造为养老服务设施策略研究

摘要
现如今,我国的城市发展正由"增量扩张"向"存量更新"转变,同时人口老龄化程度也在日益加深.在此背景之下,将城市社区中的既有建筑改造为养老服务设施已经成为人们的关注点之一.文章以我国人口老龄化的现状为出发点,通过分析社区既有建筑的空间与结构改造的适宜性,对其改造方法与策略进行了探讨,希望能为我国社区既有建筑的改造提供一定的理论参考.
Abstract
Nowadays,the urban development of our country is changing from incremental expansion to stock renewal,and the aging degree of the population is becoming increasingly deepening.Under this background,it has become one of the concerns of people to transform the existing buildings in urban communities into pension service facilities.This paper takes the current situation of aging population as the starting point,analyzes the suitability of space and structure reconstruction of existing buildings in the community,and discusses its reconstruction methods and strategies,hoping to provide some theoretical references for the reconstruction of existing buildings in the community.
