摘要
在成都市有机更新背景下,旧城改造中的老旧街区公共空间成为提升街区活力的关键要素.文章旨在通过运用空间句法的轴线分析、集聚分析、Agent(智能人)模拟对成都市望平街区这类更新中的老旧街区的院落空间、街道空间、已改造空间进行分析并与实际情况进行对比,提出对老旧街区消极空间或潜力空间的更新改造策略.
Abstract
Under the background of organic renewal in Chengdu,the public space of the old block in the old city reconstruction has become the key factor to enhance the vitality of the block.Through the use of Axis Analysis,Integration Analysis and Agent Simulation of Spatial Syntax,this paper analyzes the courtyard space,street space and transformed space of the old block like Wangping Block,and compares them with the actual situation,then puts forward the renewal and transformation strategies for the negative space or potential space of the old block.
