基于历史传承的老城更新探究——以宜川老城为例

摘要
我国城市中普遍存在着未被列入法定保护框架但又有一定价值的老城地段,在过去快速城镇化发展中沦为"城中村".如何实现对这一类老城地段进行历史文化传承与持续复兴是城市更新中非常重要的一项议题.文章以陕西省宜川县老城片区的更新实践为例,提出基于历史传承的针灸式有机更新模式.从赓续历史、传承文脉、补齐短板、经营导向等多个维度切入,通过对历史文脉的研究与保护,挖潜存量空间,重塑历史空间节点,从而以点带面地激发老城活力,逐步带动城市自发更新,旨在为这一类老城的历史传承与更新发展提供参考.
Abstract
In many cities,the old town areas were not included in the legal protection framework.These old town have gradually reduced to"villages"in cities.How to realize the historical inheritance and achieve a sustainable revitalization is an important issue.Taking the regeneration practice of the old town area in Yichuan County as an example,this paper proposes an organic renewal method to stimulate the vitality of the old town,and gradually drive a spontaneous renewal,thus providing reference for the regeneration of old town area.
