基于全民健身视角的城市体育公园的使用后评价(POE)的研究——以茂名市奥林匹克公园为例

摘要
文章针对茂名市奥林匹克公园的使用者的使用评价进行分析研究,设计了调查问卷,运用SD法进行问卷结果的量化,通过实地考察,以建设设施、景观要素、交通特征、公共服务为四个准则层因子,进一步划分了16个评价层因子,构建了城市体育公园的使用满意度的评价模型,使用层次分析法(AHP)计算得到各个评价因子的权重,得到使用者评价结果,并针对评价数据提出意见.提出了城市体育公园的使用后评价(POE)体系,并对城市体育公园的建设提供了理论研究.
Abstract
For the use of Maoming Olympic park users evaluation analysis,designed the questionnaire,using the SD method to quantify the results of the questionnaire,through on-the-spot investigation,to construction facilities,landscape elements,traffic characteristics,public service for four criterion factors,further divided into 16 evaluation layer factors,constructed the use of the city sports park satisfaction evaluation model,using the hierarchical analysis(AHP)calculate the weight of the evaluation factor,get the user evaluation results,and for the evaluation data.The post-use evaluation(POE)system of urban sports park is put forward,and it provides a theoretical research on the construction of urban sports park.
