建筑行业正在进入一个存量更新的时代,随着越来越多的工业厂区进入扩产改造的行列,相关的研究方法论也势在必行.本案从一座综合供水公司的办公楼加建入手,旨在打造一所工业合作网络中心,以及一个服务于社会、传播专业知识的聚会场所,意图以此一窥中国特色的工业厂区改造加建之路.
Abstract
The construction industry is entering an era of inventory renewal.As more and more industrial plants enter the ranks of expansion and transformation,relevant research methodologies are also imperative.This case starts with the construction of an office building of a comprehensive water supply company,aiming to create a core of an industrial and cooperative network,as well as a gathering place that serves the society and disseminates professional knowledge.It is intended to provide a glimpse of the road to reconstruction and construction of industrial plants with Chinese characteristics.
