Development Status,Problems and Countermeasures of New Urbanization in Metropolitan Areas:Based on the Investigation and Analysis of Xin'an Street,Qingdao City
Related surveys show that the urbanization development in most regions at the present stage has exposed many practical problems such as unbalanced economic development,flat infrastructure,and prominent social governance contradictions,especially in the villages and towns in metropolitan areas.How to solve the above urbanization problems has been an important task for the future development of villages and towns in metropolitan areas.This paper to the typical case of Qingdao Xin'an Street as the research object,through the Maslow's demand theory to construct the residents satisfaction evaluation system,the systematic assessment of the development of two main communities,in order to reveal the new urbanization in the region,and put forward the corresponding strategy,in order to provide reference for the future development of urbanization in other areas of our country.
