Management,Control and Development of Villages in Dam Area under the Background of Cultivated Land Protection:Taking Lumiyi Village in Shilin County as an Example
The villages in the dam area are a kind of rural settlements with the geographical characteristics of Yunnan,which are widely distributed in each dam area.The villages in the dam area bear the production and living functions of a large number of rural people,and have three characteristics:flat terrain,dense population and more fertile fields.Under the background of tightening the farmland protection policy in the dam area,the villages in the dam area are faced with the dilemma of farmland protection and village development.Lumeiyi Village is a typical village in the dam area.By studying the relevant policy requirements and characteristics of the village in the dam area,combining the current situation and resource advantages of Lumeiyi Village,this paper analyzes the main contradictions faced by the village,carries out connotation development with the planning measures of"one priority and four integration",seeks the balance between farmland protection and village development,and strives to provide beneficial exploration for the spatial management and control of the dam area.
