摘要
随着中国老龄化问题加剧和人民生活水平的提升,城市中出现各类老年人活动设施.然而,由于现有的老年人活动设施相关规范对人口分布、设施、道路等选址指标描述笼统,导致部分老年人活动设施的实际老年人参与度低.为探究老年人活动设施适老性选址,研究结合相关规范和文献,提出生活圈、坡度、交通站点、道路可达性和生活服务设施五个指标,归纳总结适老性要点.为将理论落实到实践中,文章还以福州市鼓楼区为例,基于GIS技术筛选出了福州市鼓楼区适老性场地.期望该研究结果能够为老年人设施选址的适老性评价和策略的研究提供理论参考.
Abstract
With the intensification of China's aging problem and the improvement of people's living standards,various types of activity facilities for the elderly have emerged in cities.However,due to the general description of population distribution,facilities,roads,and other location indicators in the existing norms for elderly activity facilities,the actual participation of elderly people in some elderly activity facilities is low.In order to explore the site selection of elderly activity facilities,the study combined relevant norms and literature,proposed five indicators of life circle,slope,traffic stops,road accessibility,and living service facilities,and summarized the key points of aging suitability.In order to implement the theory into practice,the article also takes Gulou District of Fuzhou City as an example and selects suitable sites for aging in Gulou District of Fuzhou City based on GIS.It is expected that the results of this study can provide theoretical reference for the evaluation and strategy research of the elderly facility location suitability.
