With the acceleration of urbanization,the number of affordable housing surges,forming a large number of affordable communities.Residential satisfaction reflects the level of community construction and plays an important role in the evaluation of community development and renovation.With more and more attention being paid to the study of residential satisfaction,it is necessary to summarize the types and methods of research at home and abroad.The research is divided into the research of residence satisfaction related to objective characteristics,the research of residence satisfaction based on subjective evaluation,and the research of residence satisfaction based on both subjective evaluation and objective characteristics.Finally,suggestions for subsequent research are given according to the different characteristics of various studies.
