As China's urban development enters the stage of urban renewal,the tasks and goals of urban renewal also change and iterate.Community micro spaces,as urban micro public spaces closely related to the daily activities of community residents,are currently an important research object of urban micro renewal.The paper takes the community micro space in the old urban area of Dongtai,Jiangsu Province as the research object.Through the application of built environment assessment and multi-source data in community micro space update,a community micro space update evaluation system is constructed to analyze and study the quality of community micro space updates.
