摘要

"十四五"规划中,我国明确提出要实施城市更新行动,其中老旧小区改造是一个重要的发展措施.城市老旧小区的绿色改造是实现"双碳"目标的有效途径之一.以全国高校"绿色建筑设计"竞赛获奖方案为例,通过对郑州市中原区国棉三厂生活区现状进行深入研究,使用软件模拟分析建筑物理环境对住区的影响,从场地布局更新、采光性能优化、围护结构节能优化、外窗遮阳构件优化、外墙隔声优化五个层面,提出具体绿色改造措施,实现绿色舒适的住区环境.

Abstract

In the 14th Five-Year Plan,China clearly proposes to implement urban renewal actions,among which the renovation of old neighborhoods is an important development measure.The green renovation of old urban neighborhoods is one of the effective ways to achieve the goal of"double carbon".Taking the winning scheme of the national university"green building design"competition as an example,through an in-depth study of the current situation of the living area of the Third National Cotton Factory in Zhongyuan District,Zhengzhou City,the impact of the physical environment of the building on the living area is analyzed by software simulation,and specific green renovation measures are proposed from five levels:site layout update,optimization of lighting performance,optimization of energy-saving envelope structure,optimization of external window shading elements,and optimization of external wall sound insulation.We propose specific green renovation measures at five levels to achieve a green and comfortable living environment.
