The Reflection of Family Culture in Traditional Chinese Gardens from Jichang Garden
As one of the representatives of Jiangnan private gardens,Jichang Garden has a century of history and culture,and its outstanding spatial layout has become a typical example of studying Chinese traditional gardens.The paper focuses on the origin of Chinese traditional gardens and the expression of emotions in the construction process.Selecting Jichang Garden as the research object and taking its construction and inheritance as the background,this paper explores the embodiment of family culture in traditional Chinese gardens from the aspects of the construction purpose,the characteristics of social pattern and the development process and motivation of gardens.
