摘要
基于当今时代发展的现状,城市综合体的设计与建设需要应对"高密度"城市规划的挑战,并统筹协调各类社会客观因素.文章结合对杭州市余杭区"欧美金融城"项目设计实践的回顾,探讨了城市商业综合体多维度的建构措施.通过精细化设计以及高完成度的建设实现自身价值的最大化呈现,追求当今城市语境下"形式与内在"的和谐共生.
Abstract
The city commercial complex design and construction based on the development of the current era,it needs to address the challenge of"high-density"urban planning,and it is necessary to coordinate various social objective factors.This paper combines the review of the design practice of the"Euro-American Financial City"project in Yuhang District,Hangzhou City,to explore the multi-dimensional construction measures of urban commercial complexes.Through the fine design and the high completion of the construction,it maximizes its own value and pursues the harmonious coexistence of"form and interior"in today's urban context.
