产教融合背景下职业本科院校建筑工程专业人才培养研究

职业本科院校通过产教融合实现人才培养具有一定的历史逻辑、理论逻辑和现实逻辑.在实地调研院校的基础上,发现建筑工程专业培养已获得初步发展,过程具有规范性,目标突出高层次,内容强调专业性.但在培养目标、课程设置、师资队伍和实训基地建设方面有待改进.因此,文章立足于产教融合的大背景,基于职业本科院校类型特征和建筑工程专业培养特点,从问题出发,为推动职业本科院校建筑工程专业的发展提供新的思路和策略.
Research on the Cultivation of Architectural Engineering Talents in Vocational Colleges under the Background of Integration of Production and Education
There is a certain historical logic,theoretical logic and practical logic for vocational undergraduate colleges to realize personnel training through the integration of production and education.On the basis of field investigation of colleges and universities,it is found that the training of architectural engineering major has obtained preliminary development,the process is normative,the goal is prominent and the content is professional.However,it needs to be improved in training objectives,curriculum setting,teaching staff and training base construction.Therefore,based on the background of the integration of production and education,based on the characteristics of the types of vocational colleges and the characteristics of the training of the architectural engineering major,from the point of view of the problems,to promote the development of the architectural engineering major of vocational colleges to provide new ideas and strategies.
