社区养老服务中心空间适应性设计策略研究

摘要
社区养老服务中心的服务需求主要与社区老年人年龄结构、居住方式、文化水平、经济水平、社区老年服务设施的配建情况有关.不同社区的相关要素均存在差异且处于动态变化中,因此在社区养老服务中心的设计之初就应考虑空间适应性策略.文章在高适性空间布局的基础上,提出了功能置换、功能复合、功能更新的空间适应性策略,以期增加社区养老服务中心的空间适应性,对社区养老服务的可持续发展提出空间设计方向的建议.
Abstract
The service demand of community elderly service centers is mainly related to the age structure of the elderly in the community,the way of living,the cultural level,the economic level,and the allocation of community elderly service facilities,and the relevant elements in different communities are different and in dynamic change,so the spatial adaptability strategy should be considered at the beginning of the design of community elderly care service center.This paper proposes the spatial adaptability strategies of functional replacement,functional composite and functional renewal on the basis of highly adaptable spatial layout,in order to increase the spatial adaptability of community elderly service centers and suggest spatial design directions for the sustainable development of community elderly services.
