A Study on the Renovation Strategies of University Teaching Buildings based on Human Factors Verification:A Case Study of the Teaching Building of the School of Architecture and Design of Beijing Jiaotong University
This study takes the teaching building of the School of Architecture and Design at Beijing Jiaotong University as an example to explore the renovation strategy of teaching spaces based on human factor verification. The study uses human factor virtual environment experiments to evaluate the user experience before and after the renovation. The research found that,in terms of space design, strategies such as zoning design, open layout, and multifunctional design were adopted to meet the different usage requirements of different areas of the teaching building, which improved the utilization and comfort of the teaching space. In terms of functional zoning,a clear functional division and traffic flow design was adopted to make the functions of the teaching building more clear and reasonable.Through human factor verification experiments, the study found that the renovated teaching space has improved in terms of comfort, visual environment, auditory environment, etc.,and also increased the overall user satisfaction with the teaching space. This study aims to provide new ideas and methods for the construction and renovation of teaching buildings, promote the mutual adaptation of teaching spaces and new educational concepts, and also provide a reference for the application of human factor environmental assessment technology in the field of architectural design.
