摘要
未来社区是浙江省近年来提出的建设行动模式,融合了老旧小区改造、社区生活圈和完整社区建设的基本理念,现如今已迈向全域推广的普及阶段.文章以万家星城未来社区创建为例,提出共享空间触媒、社群融合触媒和共治联盟触媒三大策略;重点讨论未来社区公共空间改造的多元化"触媒"模式;通过"空间触媒",实现共融、共享和共治.文章旨在为其他地区的老旧小区改造或社区建设,在更好地挖潜与激活存量空间资源、实现社区共同体建设、提升社区自治水平方面,提供参考借鉴.
Abstract
The future community is a construction action model proposed by Zhejiang Province in recent years,which integrates the basic concepts of the renovation of old residential areas,community life circle and complete community construction,and has now entered the popularization stage of the whole area promotion.Taking the future community creation of Wanjiaxingcheng as an example,this paper puts forward three strategies of shared space catalyst,community integration catalyst and communist alliance catalyst,focusing on the diversified"catalyst"model of future community public space transformation,and realizes integration,sharing and co-governance through"space catalyst".The purpose is to provide reference for the reconstruction of old residential areas or community construction in other areas,to better tap the potential and activate the stock space resources,to achieve community construction,and to enhance the level of community autonomy.
