城市轨道交通和城市形态及业态的多重耦合研究——以上海核心城区为例
Research on Multiple Coupling of Urban Rail Transit and Urban Form and Bussiness:A Case Study of Shanghai Central Urban Area

轨道交通与城市空间的耦合发展有利于城市空间的高效利用并激发城市活力.文章将传统的轨交、空间的二元耦合关系拓展为轨交、形态、业态三者之间的多重耦合,并以上海核心城区为例,借助大数据手段,测算出区域的轨交站点密度、容积率、POI密度来指代轨交、形态、业态三类指标,利用GIS在空间上两两叠加,筛选出存在耦合缺陷的地区并提出改进措施,为指导城市规划和设计提供有借鉴意义的策略和方法.
Abstract
The coupled development of rail transit and urban space is conducive to the efficient use of urban space and the stimulation of urban vitality.The paper expands the traditional binary coupling relationship between rail transit and space into multiple couplings among urban rail,urban form and urban business.By using urban big data,the paper analyze the urban rail transit station density,plot ratio,POI density and try to find the coupling defects by overlay analysis.Then improvement measures are proposed to guide urban planning and design.
