摘要
历史文化街区承载着地方的集体记忆,它作为活态的文化遗产,其应对现代化发展的保护与更新实践受到了越来越多的关注.文章从历史文化街区保护与更新相关内容的阶段发展、学科背景、载文期刊等方面对其进行梳理分析,得出其研究趋势后,结合内容分析法,将历史文化街区相关研究进行概念演变;相关更新法规、规范、原则;历史文化街区保护与更新的视角切入;不同类型街区的保护与更新选择等四个方面的归纳,并对各个方面的相关研究成果和主要观点进行分析总结.
Abstract
As a living cultural heritage that carries the collective memory of a place,the conservation and regeneration practices of historic and cultural districts in response to modern development have received increasing attention.In this paper,we analyse historical and cultural neighborhoods in terms of their stage development,disciplinary backgrounds,publications journals,and draw out their research trends,and combine the content analysis method with the research on historical and cultural neighborhoods:conceptual evolution;relevant regeneration regulations,norms and principles;perspectives on the conservation and regeneration of historical and cultural neighborhoods;different types of neighborhoods.It also analyses and summarises the relevant research results and main ideas of each aspect.
