文章以金天观-洪恩街历史文化街区为例,运用GIS技术对各类基础要素信息进行整理与编码,建立历史文化街区要素信息数据库;并借助GIS技术和Depthmap技术对街区建筑进行综合评价和街巷空间结构及用地布局分析.最后,针对分析结果从街区建筑、空间布局和路网结构角度提出历史文化街区保护更新规划策略,为街区未来更新保护规划提供基础依据.
Abstract
Taking Jintianguan-Hong'en Street historical and cultural block as an example,this paper uses GIS technology to sort out and code all kinds of basic element information,and establishes the database of historical and cultural block element information.With the help of GIS technology and Depthmap technology,the district buildings are comprehensively evaluated and the spatial structure and land layout of streets and alleys are analyzed.Finally,based on the analysis results,the protection and renewal planning strategy of historical and cultural blocks is proposed from the perspective of block architecture,spatial layout and road network structure,which provides the basis for the future renewal and protection planning of blocks.
