当前我国已步入存量更新的时代,城市更新正面临着新的挑战.文章以枝江市董市镇老正街为例,基于美国CRS建筑策划相关理论与方法,在对历史街区进行现状调查与归纳的基础上,确定策划主体和流程,梳理CRS策划信息矩阵与决策方法,进一步探讨历史街区更新策略.
Abstract
At present,China has stepped into the era of stock renewal,and urban renewal is facing new challenges.The article takes Laozheng Street in Dongshi Town of Zhijiang City as an example,based on the theories and methods of CRS architectural planning in the U.S.On the basis of the current situation investigation and generalization of the historic district,the article determines the main body of the planning and the process,and sorts out the information matrix and decision-making method of the CRS planning,so as to further explore the renewal strategy of the historic district.
