基于空间句法与POI数据相关性的新旧城区空间对比分析——以南昌市旧城区和红谷滩新区为例

摘要
借助POI数据,使用Depthmap和ArcGIS中的核密度估算法缓冲区分析,对南昌市旧城区和红谷滩新区的城市空间进行研究,分析并对比两者日常服务设施POI集聚情况及其与城市道路空间结构的相关性.结果显示:旧城区城市空间中,道路空间结构的局域整合度与日常服务设施POI集聚相关性显著,六类日常服务设施POI集聚的核心位置多样,"饮食娱乐"不与道路空间结构相关;红谷滩新区城市空间中,道路空间结构的全局整合度与日常服务设施POI集聚相关性显著,六类日常服务设施POI集聚的核心位置单一,"服务住宿"不与道路空间结构相关.
Abstract
With the help of POI data,the urban space of Nanchang Old Town and Honggutan New District is studied using Depthmap and ArcGIS kernel density estimation method and buffer zone analysis to analyse and compare the POI clustering of daily service facilities and its correlation with the road space structure of the two cities.The results found that in the urban space of the old city,the local integration degree of road space structure is significantly correlated with the POI concentration of daily service facilities,the core locations of the POI concentration of six types of daily service facilities are diverse,and"food and entertainment"is not correlated with the road space structure;in the urban space of Honggutan New District,the global integration degree of road space structure is significantly correlated with the POI concentration of daily service facilities.In Honggutan New District,the global integration of road space structure is significantly correlated with the clustering of POI,the core location of POI clustering of six types of daily service facilities is single,and"service and accommodation"is not correlated with road structure.
