适老化住宅在三线城市的推广可行性分析

基于目前国内的老龄化现状,文章以适老化住宅为研究对象,选取豫南地区某三线城市为调研区域,并结合洄游型空间理论,进行适老化住宅户型设计.在综合考虑国内老龄化基数、三线城市的适老化住宅需求及适老化住宅空间改造难易度的基础上,对适老化住宅在三线城市的推广可行性进行研究分析,得出三线城市对适老化住宅有切实需求的结论.
Abstract
Based on the current situation of aging in China,this paper takes the aging housing as the research object,selects a third-tier city in southern Henan as the research area,and combines the theory of migratory space to design the aging housing type.On the basis of comprehensive consideration of the domestic aging base,the demand for aging housing in third-tier cities and the difficulty of transforming the aging housing space,the paper studies and analyzes the feasibility of promoting the aging housing in third-tier cities and draws the conclusion that there is a practical demand for aging housing in third-tier cities.
