Exploring the Development Strategy of Urban-rural Transition Area in the New Period:Taking Xintang Sub-district as an Example
At the stage when urbanization is transforming from high-speed growth to smooth development,urban-rural transition areas are faced with new backgrounds and new characteristics.This paper explores the idea and basic framework for the development strategy of urban-rural transition areas in the new period,takes Xintang Sub-district in Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou as an example,focuses on the core content of its development strategy,and with the help of SWOT analysis and scenario analysis,puts forward the target positioning of"A new type of urban area with urban and rural integration"and its corresponding functions in combination with the actual situation,and puts forward specific strategies in terms of industrial transformation,spatial transformation and demographic transformation,which will provide reference for the formulation of the development strategy of the urban-rural transformation area.
