人地共生视角下的特色保护类村庄发展模式探讨

摘要
作为乡村振兴的重要指导理念之一,人地共生的发展理念能够妥善地处理好特色保护类村庄保护与开发的辩证统一关系,从而降低二者之间的矛盾,探索出村庄建设与自然保护双赢的发展模式.文章从特色保护类村庄保护与开发活动之间的冲突与矛盾的空间、利益、活力、政策四个方面进行分析,并以此提出了空间复合、利益渗透、多元运维、协同治理四项发展策略,构建生命、利益、安全、发展四个维度的共同体.
Abstract
As one of the important guiding concepts of Rural Revitalization,the development concept of human-land symbiosis can properly deal with the dialectical unity relationship between the protection and development of characteristic protected villages,so as to reduce the contradiction between the two and explore a win-win development model of village construction and nature protection.This paper analyzes the conflicts and contradictions between the protection and development activities of characteristic protection villages from four aspects:space,interest,vitality and policy,and puts forward four development strategies:space compound,interest penetration,multiple operation and maintenance,and collaborative governance,so as to build a community with four dimensions:life,interest,security and development.
