摘要
在新一轮宁波市鄞州区国土空间总体规划编制的背景下,提出规划体系优化构想,由原来的"总体规划-详细规划"转变为"总体规划-单元规划-详细规划".单元规划起到承上启下的作用,加强了控规与总规之间的衔接.文章基于ArcGIS平台,通过叠加分析、缓冲分析、拓扑分析,利用数学模型和相关分析方法从四方面开展研究:包括单元线划定、土地潜力分析、人口规模测算、公服设施可达性分析,旨在提供一种科学的单元规划编制方案.
Abstract
In the context of the new round of land and space master planning in Yinzhou District,Ningbo City,the optimization concept of the planning system is proposed,which is changed from the original"overall planning-detailed planning"to"overall planning-unit planning-detailed planning".The unit plan plays the role of connecting the upper and lower levels,and strengthens the connection between the control plan and the master plan.Based on the ArcGIS platform,this paper uses mathematical models and related analysis methods to carry out research from four aspects:unit line demarcation,land potential analysis,population size measurement,and public service facility accessibility analysis,through overlay analysis,buffer analysis,topology analysis,and mathematical model and related analysis methods,aiming to provide a scientific unit planning scheme.
